Booking & Packages

Q: How can I sign up for your travel management platform?

A: Contact us to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your agency’s needs, show you how our Elite Plan works, and prepare a custom proposal if needed.

Q: Can I customize the features I need?

A: Yes. The Elite Plan is fully customizable. During our consultation, we’ll review your workflows (bookings, payments, customer management, reporting, etc.) and include only the modules you need.

Pricing & Subscription

Q: Is there a fixed price for the Elite Plan?

A: Yes. Our Elite Plan is RM1,500 per month plus a flat system fee of RM2.50 per transaction.

Q: Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

A: No. We do not charge any setup or onboarding fees.

Q: How do we pay for the Elite Plan?

A: Payments can be made monthly or annually, depending on your agreement. The system will automatically remind you before your subscription ends.

Q: Do you require a long-term contract?

A: No. Agencies can start with a minimum of one month and cancel anytime.

Features & Customization

Q: Can you integrate with our existing tools or APIs?

A: Yes. The Elite Plan allows custom integrations (CRM, payment gateways, booking engines, etc.) based on your needs. Additional charges apply for integration work.

Q: Can we request new modules later?

A: Absolutely. Only Elite Plan subscribers can request special modules tailored to their operations.

Support & Training

Q: Will my team get training?

A: Yes. All Elite Plan clients receive onboarding sessions and training materials for admins and agents. Additional training packages can be added if needed.

Q: What kind of support is included?

A: Priority email and chat support, plus dedicated account management. We also offer optional premium support (on-site or 24/7) at an extra cost.

Q: Can I manage bookings, payments, and customers all in one system?

A: Yes. The Elite Plan gives you an all-in-one platform to handle travel packages, bookings, invoices, payments, and customer management efficiently.

Q: Are there any hidden charges beyond the monthly fee and transaction fee?

A: No hidden charges. The RM1,500 monthly fee covers your Elite Plan subscription, and the RM2.50 system fee applies per transaction. Only optional integrations or special modules may have extra costs.
